ABOUT ME
Food has always a big part of my life. Some of my most special memories include sharing meals with my mother and father as a child. In 2011 I received my bachelors degree in Culinary Arts and Sciences from Pennsylvania College of Technology. Following graduation, I’ve worked at some of the most renowned restaurants in Philadelphia and Denver including Le Bec Fin, Zahav and Mercantile. In August of 2021, I launched Monarch Personal Chef. The name Monarch honors my late mother, Mary. We believe she lives through the monarch butterfly.
